How long does a site take?
Simple Good builds often finish in about two weeks once we have what we need from you. Most builds finish within 30 days. Larger Best projects are scoped up front. Rush may be available depending on the current queue.
What do I need to provide?
Business name, logo if you have one, photos, the pages you want, and any must-have features (contact form, booking, map, shop). If you do not have copy yet, we can start from a short call and plain notes.
What is the difference between Good, Better, and Best?
Good is a clean starter site up to 3 pages. Better adds more pages, stronger security, weekly backups, gallery or services, map embed, and a performance pass. Add booking or a store for +$250 each on Good or Better, or member areas starting at $250. Those need Advanced hosting. Best is full stack custom work starting at $3,200: unlimited pages, advanced SEO setup, integrations, booking or portals, priority support. Advanced Web Hosting and Custom Business Email are included automatically. Scope is locked before invoice.
What is the Better sale?
Growth Site is $799 one-time (was $1,200) through October 1, 2026. After that date it returns to the regular price unless a new sale is posted.
Do you offer hosting and email?
Yes. Basic Web Hosting is $25/month for standard sites. Advanced is $35/month and is required with booking, a store, or member areas on Good or Better. Custom business email is $4.99/month for 5 inboxes. Best Full Stack includes Advanced hosting and business email automatically. Builds are one-time; hosting and email are monthly on Good and Better.
How do I start?

Is the domain included?
Domain registration is separate unless we agree otherwise. We help you point an existing domain or walk you through buying one. Hosting and business email are monthly add-ons.
Do you write the words on the site?
We structure pages and can draft plain starter copy from your notes. Final voice and legal claims stay yours. Send better copy anytime during the build and we place it.
How many revision rounds do I get?
Each package includes a clear feedback pass after the first full draft. Small tweaks after that are normal. Big new feature requests get a quick scope note so price and timing stay honest.
Will my site work on phones?
Yes. Every build is mobile-ready. We check the main paths on a phone-sized layout before launch.
Can you connect booking, forms, or a shop?
Contact forms ship on Good and up. On Starter or Growth, booking setup is +$250 and an online store is +$250. Member areas (gated sections for logged-in or paying users) start at $250 and scale with complexity. Booking, store, and member areas require Advanced Web Hosting at $35/month. Online stores also need Custom Business Email ($4.99/month for 5 inboxes). Best Full Stack includes unlimited pages, advanced SEO, Advanced hosting, and business email automatically, and can cover larger custom flows.
Who owns the site when we are done?
You own your content, domain, and the finished site files for your business. We do not hold your site hostage.
What if I am not sure which tier I need?
Pick Not sure yet on the form or say so in your email. We will recommend Good, Better, or Best from your page list and goals before any invoice.
